These terms explain how RentingGo works. Because every order is confirmed personally with you, your order is governed by what we both agree during that confirmation, along with the points below.
1. This website is a catalogue
Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not confirm an order. A rental or purchase is confirmed only after we agree on the product, duration or purchase, price, advance or refundable deposit, and delivery arrangement with you directly — on WhatsApp or by phone.
2. Availability and confirmation
We serve Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Products shown on the website may already be booked out or unavailable for your dates or area. Availability, delivery time and any related charges are confirmed during your enquiry, before you commit.
3. Pricing
- Where a rental rate or purchase price is listed on the website, it is shown in rupees for the stated term. Listed prices are confirmed to you when you enquire, before the order is placed.
- Products marked "Request price" or "Request rental price" have no listed price; we quote those on enquiry.
- Rental plans longer than the base term may carry a lower effective rate. The applicable rate is confirmed during your enquiry.
- Any advance or refundable deposit is stated to you during the enquiry, along with how it is handled. Nothing is added or charged that was not confirmed with you.
4. Rentals
Rental products are provided for the duration agreed with you. Please use them with reasonable care and in line with the instructions given at delivery. The condition, accessories and specifics of what is included are confirmed with you before delivery. At the end of the rental, the product is collected as agreed, and the deposit, if any, is settled per what was confirmed during your enquiry.
5. Refurbished purchases
Refurbished products are pre-owned items that are checked and serviced before delivery. The condition and included accessories of the specific item you are buying are described to you during the enquiry, so you know exactly what you are getting. Anything about warranty or returns, where offered, is confirmed during the enquiry.
6. Product details
We list verified specifications and take care to keep them accurate. Where a photo is representative of the product type rather than the exact unit, the listing says so. If any detail differs from what was shown, tell us before the order is finalised.
