This website is a catalogue. It shows our rental and refurbished products with verified details and, where we have them, listed prices. It does not have user accounts, sign-in, or an online payment or checkout system. Placing an order happens outside the website, through a conversation.
What happens when you enquire
The enquiry buttons on this website open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the product name, your selected city and any details you typed in our enquiry form. The message and your contact details are then handled by WhatsApp, according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We receive your message on our business number.
The same applies to phone calls and emails: we only get the information you choose to share with us.
Information we typically receive
- Your name and contact number, as shared on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Your city or delivery area.
- The product you are interested in, your dates, duration or quantity.
- Anything else you tell us about your requirement.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and confirm availability, pricing and delivery details.
- To arrange the rental or purchase you agree to.
- To follow up on your ongoing enquiry, if you ask us to.
We do not sell or share your details with other businesses for their marketing.
